• You have permission to record and store any conversations or content you upload.

• You grant Truckbed.ai a limited license to use that content to provide and improve the Service (e.g., generating summaries, creating estimates, storing job records).

• We do not sell your content or recordings to third parties.

You remain the owner of your content, but we reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content we believe violates these Terms.

4. AI-Generated Output
Truckbed.ai uses artificial intelligence to summarize, transcribe, and generate estimates or task lists. These outputs are:
